Doughbot
For some unexplained reason I had an extra 10 minutes to spare this morning and I didn’t want to go into work early so I decided to check out this doughnut shop called Doughbot. I’m no expert on doughnuts but I have to say I just annihilated ate two of the best doughnuts (lemon lavender and maple) I’ve ever had and they just so happened to be vegan! They were warm, soft, sweet but not too sweet and perfectly balanced on the flavor. YUM.
It feels good supporting these entrepreneurs who are out there trying to make something happen in this town. Bravo Doughbot I’ll be back!
P.S. In case you think I’m a big old piggie eating 4 doughnuts for breakfast I bought two for Mr. Lovie to try as well! So when he reads this he’s gonna get a lil’ surprise!

I’m so glad you finally tried that doughnut place and thought it was amazing! As I’ve mentioned to you, I’ve only tried the PB & J doughnut and that was out of this world! I’ll definitely have to try the lemon lavendar! Great way to start your day!
First off YEAH LIZZIE MADE A COMMENT that makes me uber happy! Secondly, I’m so glad you and mkay mentioned Doughbot at dinner because I have been thinking about it ever since. I mean it’s right on my way to work which could become a serious problem. They have a vegan PG&J one too so I’ll try that next.
